Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel, swimwear, or any items where the hygiene seal has been broken. This includes certain styles of tops and jumpsuits with special fastenings.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our return process is as elegant as our gown collections:

  2. Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and any accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our Kansas City boutique using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • For PayPal payments, refunds may take 2-3 additional days to appear in your account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Simply indicate your preference when requesting your return. If the item you wish to exchange for is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. For less expensive items, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
