We deliver worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with two graceful shipping options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):

– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (orders over $50):
– Processing time: 1-2 business days
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing in your country.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To maintain the pristine condition of our collections, returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Intimate apparel
- Swimwear
- Items with broken hygiene seals
- Tops and jumpsuits with special fastenings (as specified in product details)
- Final sale items (marked as such)
The Return Process

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds:

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged Items
